Do not wring or twist the garments, instead lay them flat or hang to dry.
Avoid contact with rough surfaces, as well as direct sunlight as it can cause damage to the fabric.
It is recommended to store the lingerie in a cool, dry place, folded or hung in a breathable garment bag.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number which will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note, delivery is guaranteed for items with immediate availability.
Pre-order, Made to Order and DIY items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship through Premium Express once they become available.
Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original method of payment or issue store credit.
Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
