Custom Fit & Sizing

Made to your measurements rather than to a standard size. Choose Bespoke from the size menu on any product page, and after you order we'll send you our Perfect Fit Finder to capture the measurements your piece is cut from.

Design Personalisation

Every piece in our Core Collection is cut to your measurements rather than to a standard size, in the colourways shown on each design. Have something particular in mind? Get in touch before you order and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

Luxury Materials

We work exclusively with fine silks, tulles, and satins, sourced for their beauty and comfort.

From Measurement to Masterpiece

Our Bespoke Process

We pride ourselves in creating custom-made lingerie pieces that reflect the unique style and personality of each and every client. Here's how it works:

Choose Your Piece

Browse our Core Collection and choose the design you'd like made for you. On the product page, select Bespoke from the size menu - your piece will be made to your measurements rather than to a standard size.

Place Your Order

Complete your order as normal. Payment is taken in full up front, and this is where your commission begins.

Complete Your Perfect Fit Finder

Your order confirmation email carries a link to our Perfect Fit Finder — a short questionnaire that captures your measurements and preferences. It takes around three minutes. Nothing is cut until we have it.

Fit Confirmation & Finalisation

Our design team reviews your measurements and confirms sizing, preferences and any specific requests with you. Up to this point you can cancel for a full refund — once we've confirmed your measurements and begun making, your piece is final sale.

Craft & Ship

Your lingerie is then handcrafted and shipped within 7–14 days, beautifully wrapped and ready to wear.

What we cannot offer

We strive to tailor each piece to our clients' unique needs and preferences. However, we do have certain limitations in terms of customisation. We do not offer:

Fully bespoke pieces requiring original patterns
Extensive structural modifications or new silhouettes

If you're looking for a completely custom design — a one-off creation with a new pattern — please note that these commissions are rare, require a separate process, and are priced accordingly.
