- Avoid contact with rough surfaces, as well as direct sunlight as it can cause damage to the fabric. 
- It is recommended to store the lingerie in a cool, dry place, folded or hung in a breathable garment bag.

- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. 
- All orders are shipped with a tracking number which will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. 
- Please note, delivery is guaranteed for items with immediate availability. 
- Pre-order, Made to Order and DIY items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship through Premium Express once they become available. 
 Returns: - We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
- If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original method of payment or issue store credit.
