    • It is recommended to store the lingerie in a cool, dry place, folded or hung in a breathable garment bag.

    • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

    • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.

    • All orders are shipped with a tracking number which will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

    • Please note, delivery is guaranteed for items with immediate availability.

    • Pre-order, Made to Order and DIY items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship through Premium Express once they become available.

    Returns:

    • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

    • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original method of payment or issue store credit.

    • Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Extended returns for the holiday season. Orders placed from October 31 to December 31 will include extended complimentary returns until January 31st.
