WHAT IS A LUXE BOX?

The LuxeBox is an online luxury subscription box. Our subscribers will receive a pair of handcrafted high-waisted luxury silk briefs each month delivered in a presentation box delivered directly to their door.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We will design the perfect pair and each month and you will receive a beautiful surprise in your letterbox complete with stunning gift box. You have the option to subscribe for 3 or 6 months, however if you would like to buy and try, there is also the option to purchase a one off pair.
Once you have successfully made your first payment, We will dispatch your first month’s parcel. Delivery is free and via the 1st Class “Signed For” delivery service so we can make sure that it arrives directly to your door and into your hands. You will receive an email notification to confirm when the parcel leaves Olyinka HQ.

ORDERS AND DISPATCH DATES

Cut of date for your first order is the 7th of the month to be dispatched on the 17th of the month and will be with you within a week. At the end of the subscription term, it will not auto-renew and no further payments will be taken. If you wish to renew your subscription, please notify us via email or our contact form. 
We only dispatch to the UK at this time. Delivery charge is free each month. All regular subscriptions are recurring for the duration selected, unless cancelled within the term deadline. 

ORDERS

All our briefs comes in three colourways – black, cream, beige, and four sizes, S, M, L and XL,  if you require specific colours each month then add this to the comments box on the cart page before you place your subscription. For sizing, please check our size guide before you purchase as we do not offer refunds to briefs that do not fit. If this is a gift and you want us to add a personalised message inside, also add this into the comments box. 

HOW MUCH DOES A SUBSCRIPTION TO THE LUXEBOX COST?

There are three different subscription options:-
1 month – buy and try £65.00
3 months- Subscription £175.00
6 months -Subscription £335.00

We also provide the option of monthly billing, Contact us on 0207 502 9608 Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM to set up an payment instruction or alternatively email us outside these hours using our contact form to confirm your interest and we will call you back.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?

 We currently use Paypal for all subscription payments. Payments for subscriptions are paid upfront however if you prefer monthly billing, your first payment will be taken at the time of checkout and payment for subsequent parcels will be automatically deducted on the 15th of each month from your designated payment method, unless cancelled within the term deadline.

CAN I CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT SUBSCRIPTION PLAN LENGTH?

 If you would like to change to a different subscription plan, this can be done after your current plan is expired/cancelled, Then you can go choose another plan.

I SUBSCRIBED AFTER THE 7TH CUT-OFF DATE, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FIRST PARCEL?

Your first order will be dispatched on the 17th of the following month, however, if for exceptional reasons you would like this order to dispatched earlier, please notify us via email or our contact form. This will require a two weeks notice as we handcraft all our lingerie. Your subsequent order will dispatched on the 17th of the following month of your first order dispatch.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

 Notify us by email at info@olyinka.com of the new address by the 7th of the month you wish the change to apply and we will update this for you. 

 HOW CAN I UPDATE MY PAYMENT CARD DETAILS OR ADDRESS?

Contact us on 0207 502 9608 Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM to change your card details by the 7th of the month and we will call you at your earliest convenience to change your card details over the phone.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS IN MY BANK ACCOUNT?

 If payment has failed at the point of subscribing for the first time then by default you will be unable to complete your purchase. If payment has failed after the plan has started, we will notify you by email and withhold the dispatch of your parcel until the issue is resolved. The default does not constitute the cancellation of the subscription

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE SUBSCRIPTION TERM?

 At the end of the fixed-term of the subscription, it will not auto-renew and no further payment will be taken. We will email you to remind you your subscription is finishing and If you would like to continue the subscription, notify us at info@olyinka.com or repurchase. 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION? 

 You may cancel the contract between you and Olyinka Lingerie without giving any reason, within 15 days of the date on which the first parcel came into your possession or on date you physically receive the goods from our couriers. To notify us of your cancellation please email us at info@olyinka.com which subject title “I wish to cancel my Luxe box subscription", so that we may accurately, and promptly, process your request. We will send you a cancellation acknowledgement and you will be required to return your order to Olyinka HQ without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day on which you tell us that you would like to cancel the contract. We recommend that you send your purchase back to us via recorded delivery and retain the proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for returned orders that are lost in transit. You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs for returning your item and these costs are non-refundable. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all labels attached. Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie - we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is soiled.

 If you cancel the contract within the 15 day period, you will be refunded the payment made for your order using the same payment method that you originally used and no further payments will be taken. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive back the goods supplied or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provided evidence that you have returned the goods. We may withhold your refund until we receive the goods back from you, or you have provided us with evidence that you have sent the goods back to us (whichever is the earlier).

 More than 15 days after the first parcel has been received, our fixed term subscriptions cannot be cancelled while the term is still in progress.
